1. A plays 2 volleys and one smash, and repeats this for 5 minutes, always in area 1. Then switch site and player B goes to the net.
  2. A continues playing volleys and smashes in area 2. Change around after 5 minutes and B plays at the net.
  3. After this the other site. Try in this exercise to keep the ball in play.

You should keep this exercise going for half and hour !!!
