1. Player A is playing the exercise – with only forhand groundstrokes.
    - First down the line field nr. 1 -  player B
    - than in the middle nr. 2 -  player C
    - than cross court nr. 3 -  player D
    - than in the middle nr.  2 – player C and further with field nr. 1.     

    Play steadily – keep the rally going as long as possible.

    Player B,C,D have to feed the ball to players A forhand,

  2. Go on for 5 – 10 min. we  switch sides and BCD have to play the exercise.

After this we play the exercise with our backhand!!!
